Australia’s best of the best: Nissan Global Award winners announced in internationally recognised Dealer Excellence Program

Nissan Australia has announced the three dealerships that have been awarded the 2023 Global Award recognized and endorsed by Nissan Japan, with the exclusive accolade forming a key part of Nissan's National Dealer Excellence Program.

Only three highly sought after Global Awards have been issued across Nissan's latest financial year – covering metropolitan, provincial and rural dealerships – reflecting the highest level of excellence required to secure this important accolade.

Judging is based on more than 20 KPIs, including customer experience and satisfaction across both sales and service.

"We pride ourselves on having the very best dealer network in Australia, and one that puts the customer at the centre of all that we do," says Nissan Australia Managing Director Adam Paterson.

"These awards recognise the best of the best across our outstanding network, and I'd like to congratulate our dealer principals, and their entire teams, on their success."

Metropolitan Global Award Winner

Ferntree Gully Nissan in Victoria has been named as the Metropolitan Global Award winner, finishing first in a field of more than 50 top metropolitan dealerships across Australia.

This is not the first time Ferntree Gully Nissan has been awarded this accolade, reflecting the dealership's long-term commitment to customer satisfaction.

Dealer Principal Michael Banjanin acknowledged his team's collective effort across Sales, Service, Parts and Finance, praising a shared commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction across the business.
